Job Role Overview :- We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead and execute strategies that boost our organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve SERP rankings across our digital properties. The ideal candidate is analytical, well-versed in technical and content SEO, and understands how search algorithms evolve. You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure best practices are implemented and continuously optimized. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical). Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits. Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to optimize existing content and plan new keyword-rich content. Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup to improve SERP appearance. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, page speed, core web vitals, etc.). Perform ongoing website audits and monitor performance via Google Search Console and other SEO tools. Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.). Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and SEO trends. Work with developers to implement SEO best practices on new and existing pages. Manage and monitor link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house). Solid knowledge of Google Analytics , Google Search Console , Ahrefs , SEMrush , Screaming Frog , or similar tools. Strong understanding of technical SEO , HTML/CSS , and CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar. Familiarity with schema.org markup , Core Web Vitals , and mobile-first indexing. Experience with content strategy , link building , and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate SEO concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field. Certification in SEO/Inbound Marketing (e.g., Moz, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, etc.). Familiarity with local SEO , international SEO , or eCommerce SEO (if applicable).
