Job Description

As a Senior Security Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud-based systems. Your role will involve working with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure to implement security measures like IAM, VPC, security groups, and key management. You will also utilize various security tools like AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, Prisma Cloud, CrowdStrike, Burp Suite, and Nessus to enhance the security of our systems. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in containerization and orchestration security, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes. - Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, as well as infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. - Apply your in-depth knowledge of encryption, authentication, authorization, and secure communications to protect our systems. - Interact with clients to understand their security requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Qualifications Required: - Possess certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, or cloud-specific certifications like AWS Security Specialty. - Experience with zero trust architecture and DevSecOps practices will be advantageous. - Knowledge of secure mobile or IoT platforms is a plus. In addition to technical skills, we value the following soft skills in our team members: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Document architectures, processes, and procedures to ensure clear communication across the team.
