Job Description

Role & responsibilities

SAP SD Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and define scope for SAP SD module
Prepare
AS-IS / TO-BE documents & Business Blueprint
Perform
GAP analysis
and propose functional solutions
Configure
SAP SD pricing, logistics, billing, tax determination, output determination
Integration with
SAP MM, FI & WM modules
Work on 3rd-party interface technologies (IDOC, BAPI, RFC, Web services)
Convert
BRD to configuration / functional specifications
Create test scenarios & perform
UT / SIT / UAT support
Support
cut-over activities, go-live & post-go-live
Work with business stakeholders independently

Required Skills

Core Module:
SAP SD
Experience:
10–12 years total with
minimum 5–6 end-to-end SAP implementations
Strong knowledge of
sales process, pricing, billing, logistics & taxation
Hands-on experience in
output determination
(mandatory)
Experience with
S/4 HANA implementation methodology & deliverables
Knowledge of
incident / ticketing tools
Strong problem-solving & client-handling capability

Good to Have

Exposure to
3rd-party system integration
Flexibility to work in
shifts and weekend on-call
when required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT or relevant field.
