Job Description

You should have at least 5 years of professional experience working on master data management topics. It is essential to have Business Analyst level experience in SAP modules like MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD (desirable). Your experience should also include working with SAP BAPI and automation/efficiency tools like Winshuttle or similar tools. Proficiency in data analytics/reporting tools such as PowerBi or similar software is required. Additionally, you should have experience with Visual Basic or Excel Macro. Project management experience is crucial, whether as a Work Package Leader or in an active role in a complex project environment. Familiarity with Product Change Management, Agile Project Management tools like JIRA, and knowledge of Manufacturing and Industrial Processes are also necessary. Experience in data transfer projects involving one site to another will be beneficial. In terms of soft skills, fluency in English is a requirement. You should possess good communication skills to lead and persuade effectively. Being collaborative, proactive, and having a project mindset are essential traits for this role.,
