Senior SAP ERP Technical Analyst (ABAP & Fiori)

at least one full-cycle SAP ABAP implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

  Business Analyst and Technical Expert

  , understanding end-to-end business processes and mapping them onto SAP S/4 HANA.
• Collaborate with global teams and provide support across different time zones (primarily US operations).
  
• Build strong partnerships with SAP functional and business teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
  
• Design, customize, and enhance SAP modules and mobile solutions.
  
• Analyze business needs and recommend SAP-based solutions.
  
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and create technical documentation or user guides.
  
• Develop customized Fiori applications and use technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications.
  
• Lead or participate in multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
  
• Provide daily technical support for SAP ABAP, Fiori, and related interfaces.
  
• Support both onshore and offshore development teams.
  
• Develop and execute unit testing, documentation, and root cause analysis for technical issues.
  
• Prepare technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay updated with SAP technology trends and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years

  of experience in

  SAP ABAP and Fiori development

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Expertise in ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Spots, BADIs, and User Exits.
  
• Experience in developing Fiori applications and OData services using SAP Web IDE.
  
• Hands-on experience with the latest SAP ABAP syntax and SAP best practices.
  
• Strong debugging skills (ABAP & Fiori).
  
• Knowledge of Fiori Situation Handling and custom Fiori app development (freestyle or template-based).
  
• Experience working in global environments with cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
  

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
