Senior Sap Data Services Consultant - DATA Quality

We are seeking a Data Quality Lead with extensive industry experience to drive enterprise wide data quality programs within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in SAP Master Data, and hands on knowledge of data governance, compliance, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and quality across various business domains, while also managing SAP Master Data and supporting S/4HANA migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data quality initiatives aligned with pharma business and regulatory standards (GxP).
• Drive data quality programs across clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial domains.
• Manage SAP Master Data (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, etc.) and support S/4HANA migration.
• Build and enhance data quality dashboards (Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Databricks) for transparent reporting.
• Ensure robust testing/validation using HP ALM and manage migration via SNP, LSMW, BODS.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and regulatory teams; mentor data quality and technical teams.
• Apply SQL, Azure IaaS, and Azure Databricks for scalable analytics and automation.
• Oversee program delivery using agile and program management best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven leadership in data quality management within regulated pharma environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver MDM Technical, BODS, LSMW, and SQL.
• Experience in SAP Basiis S/4HANA Upgrade and Migration and pharma relevant data quality frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and HP ALM; working knowledge of JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management and program delivery skills.
• Experience with SAP Data Services is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Python skills preferred for automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in data quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
