Job Description

Collaborate with business users and product owners to understand and analyzebusiness requirements
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive UI prototypes using Figma, ensuringalignment with brand and usability guidelines
Translate UI designs and prototypes into fully functional LWC components with highfidelity and responsiveness
Lead end-to-end development across Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud (bothmandatory)
Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud will be an added advantage
Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows,and Platform Events
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and enforce UI/UX best practices across thedevelopment lifecycle
Ensure performance tuning, secure coding, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits
Support QA and DevOps teams with seamless integration into Azure DevOps pipelines
Document architecture decisions, design patterns, and reusable UI components forinternal use
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and contribute to a culture ofdesign excellence
Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Lightning WebComponents
Proven experience in UI/UX design and creating interactive wireframes using Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and integration via REST APIs
Knowledge of the Salesforce sharing model, security standards, and performanceoptimization
Experience working in Agile teams and Azure DevOps for task tracking, code repository,and release pipelines
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across time zones
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification (Mandatory)
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (Mandatory)
Salesforce B2C Solution Architect certification (Preferred)
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification (Preferred)
Industry-recognized UI/UX design certifications such as Google UX Design Certificate,NN/g UX Certification, or Figma Professional Certification are advantageous
Experience with Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud development
