As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce applications. Your expertise in Salesforce development will contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of the organization's Salesforce environment. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical recommendations and solutions. Develop custom applications, workflows, triggers, and integrations using Salesforce technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to configure and customize the platform, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and data models. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and tools, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, issues, and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications. Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to drive continuous improvement. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Salesforce developers, fostering their professional growth and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, quality assurance engineers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies, tools, and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom application development
