Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder flows, approval processes, and validation rules.

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party apps.

Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations, including debugging and performance tuning.

Follow Salesforce best practices for development, data management, security, and release management.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers as needed.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).

Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred).

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
