Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. - Design and implement solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities. - Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and customization of Salesforce platform. - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc. - Proven track record of implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations with external systems. - Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc. - Expertise in Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) setup, customization, and integration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture best practices, and security controls. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I OR II, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant are a plus. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
