Job description Cloud Paradigm is seeking a Force.com Technical Architect to design, develop, enhance and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. You must have a solid foundation in programming and demonstrated development of scalable Apex/Visualforce code. You will be responsible for overall architecture, design, development and integration of salesforce based applications. You should be able to learn new domains quickly, work in a fast paced, team driven environment, and have the ability to communicate well with both technical and business stakeholders. Prime Responsibilities Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents Responsible for providing hands on expert level guidance to junior developers for technical issues Expert in Force.com development, integration, OOB features, APEX, Visualforce, designing solutions. Usage of Force.com API and related tools that extend the Salesforce CRM and/or AppExchange products Required Skills/Experience Minimum 6 years experience on Salesforce.com platform. BE/BTech in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications Having one or more certifications from Salesforce.com like Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer 1 etc. Salesforce Lightning experience is a must Strong object-oriented design skills and experience using design patterns Hands-on experience in APEX, Visualforce and salesforce integrations Demonstrated track record of ownership in a fast-paced environment Must possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate in a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines Detail-oriented individual with the ability to learn new products and implement to meet customer requirements.
