As a Senior Salesforce Developer at LA Confianza Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your deep technical expertise will be essential in leading complex Salesforce projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. - Customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements. - Lead the technical design and development of complex Salesforce projects. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs. - Gather requirements from business analysts and stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to junior developers. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce implementations. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. **Desired Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and security model. - Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, SSO Okta preferred). - Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines. - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification (preferred). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
