Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Development & Customization

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of advanced Salesforce solutions across CRM, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Management.
  
• Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, SOQL/SOSL queries, and custom applications.
  
• Utilize Lightning App Builder and modern Salesforce development frameworks effectively.
  

2. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Architect scalable, future-ready Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  
• Drive complex customizations, integrations, and technical design discussions.
  
• Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects to define technical strategy and best practices.
  

3. Integration & Data Strategy

• Design and implement robust integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
  
• Develop strong data models, ensuring data quality, governance, security, and performance.
  

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create and execute unit, integration, and regression test plans.
  
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  

5. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  
• Perform expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
  

6. Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Guide the team through complex coding challenges and architectural decisions.
  

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, tools, and industry best practices.
  
• Recommend and champion the adoption of new technologies that improve solution efficiency and business outcomes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  
• MBA or advanced academic qualifications are a plus.
  

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience

  with demonstrated expertise in CRM, Service Cloud, and Lightning.

• 4+ years of hands-on JavaScript development experience.

• Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL.
  
• Proficient in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
  
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce Tooling, Metadata API, data modeling, and architecture.
  
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  , GitHub, Salesforce DX, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  

Certifications (Required & Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (mandatory or highly preferred)
  
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
  
• Additional certifications such as

  Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or other cloud-specific credentials

  are added advantages.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Loyalty Management, Salesforce Voice, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
  
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce environments and high-availability systems.
  
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring teams.
