Job Description

What You'll Do:

We need Salesforce BAs with Salesforce implementation project experience.
Lead requirements discussion with Business Stakeholders
Conduct discovery sessions with client teams
Guide Business Stakeholders on standard features of Salesforce
Translate Business Requirements to Functional requirements
Write detailed user stories
Document process flows
Work closely with technical architect to design the system
Guide development team and make sure they understand business expectations
Coordinate with business team on UAT and Go-Live
Working experience on provider side like hospitals, clinic etc. will be a plus.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Experience should include Salesforce implementation experience and not just maintenance projects.
2-3 Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant preferred).
Should have BE, MCA, MCM, BCS educational background.
Preferrable to have Healthcare experience but not mandatory.
