Job Description

As a Senior Collaboration Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in turning identified leads into successful sales while nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base, showcasing your understanding of their needs and presenting tailored solutions, value propositions, and cost structures. Collaborating with internal teams and engaging directly with clients at various levels, your interactions will focus on driving value and fostering trust. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with Client Managers and pre-sales architects to deliver the best solution designs - Plan and conduct client workshops and presentations to secure deals and achieve sales quotas - Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategies - Define strategies for penetrating new markets and driving the sales process from identification to closure of leads - Utilize a blend of sales methodologies, opportunity plans, and account plans to keep the sales process on track - Personalize recommendations effectively by understanding the client's business and technology solutions - Continuously assess risks and develop new business channels to align collaborations with client objectives Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals - Advanced ability to develop meaningful customer relationships up to senior leadership levels - Excellent presentation skills that engage and inform clients - Proficiency in a team-selling approach, leveraging collective strengths - Advanced knowledge of competitors and successful sales strategies - Skill in defining sales strategy and delivering tailored solutions - Strong negotiation abilities that benefit customers and the organization - A client-centric approach with problem-solving skills to find best-fit solutions - Flexibility to adapt quickly to new missions or urgent deadlines - A bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology/systems, sales, or a related field - Industry/Vendor sales certifications About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
