Key responsibilities

• Customer service and sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting jewelry by providing detailed information on products, gems, and designs.
• Sales targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals and contribute to the showroom's revenue.
• Transactions and record-keeping: Process sales accurately using the POS system, handle payments, and maintain detailed sales and customer records.
• Showroom and inventory management: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom by arranging displays and performing stock control duties.
• Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, designs, and product knowledge, including gemology if applicable.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A diploma or certification in luxury retail, sales, or gemology is a plus.
• Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury, or premium lifestyle sector.

Additional duties
