Location: Hisar, Haryana
Salary Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Officer who will lead dealer development, drive revenue growth, and ensure Syrex Batteries’ strong presence in Hisar and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
• Drive promotional activities, trade visits, and exhibitions.
• Provide after-sales coordination with the service team.
• Maintain strong customer and dealer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven experience in sales of automotive batteries / industrial batteries / related electrical or power products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Hisar & Haryana market preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
