Senior Sales Officer

As a Field Sales Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and implementing promotional activities in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Visit retail shops, wholesale outlets, and distributors daily. - Promote and sell company products to meet monthly sales targets. - Take and process orders efficiently. - Execute promotional schemes and offers at the market level. - Ensure product availability and visibility at all retail touchpoints. - Collect market orders and coordinate with distributors for timely delivery. - Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and local influencers. - Expand outlet coverage by bringing in new retailers. - Conduct regular market mapping and route planning. - Monitor competition activity and market trends. - Maintain daily visit reports and share them with supervisors. - Report sales data, competitor information, and route performance. - Gather customer feedback and support market research initiatives when required.
