Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Professional in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector who can handle both online and offline sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

• Manage distributor and retailer relationships across regions.

• Plan and implement digital marketing activities (social media, online promotions, e-commerce).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Lead and train sales teams to achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Excellent knowledge of both online and offline sales channels.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, online marketing tools, etc.).

• Should be an all-rounder capable of handling multi-dimensional roles.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in both rural and urban market penetration.

• Fluent in English and regional languages.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
