Senior Sales & Marketing Engineer

As a Senior Sales & Marketing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding the sales footprint of products and services into new territories across India & International Markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating ideation into marketing initiatives. - Rolling out marketing initiatives in alignment with the company's brand and medium/long-term objectives. - Managing relationships with vendors, partners, agencies, and key industry players. - Overseeing overall marketing management, including market research, competition analysis, legal & regulatory compliance, financial planning & risk management, marketing & branding strategy, logistics & supply chain management, operational scalability & growth plan, and sustainability & ethical considerations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Electrical (and/or Electronics) Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within the Power Industry Vertical, with exposure to International Markets. - Proven track record of working with State Electrical Utilities, National Electrical Institutes, and Agencies/Consultants in both India and International Markets. - Self-driven and result-oriented mindset with knowledge of relevant processes, standards, and compliances.
