Senior Sales Manager Real estate

As a Senior Sales Manager in the real estate industry at TAG Projects located in Vijayawada, AP, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives to ensure peak performance and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth. It will be crucial for you to maintain strong client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. In this position, you will be required to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management, and coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts and ensure smooth project execution. Timely follow-ups and a structured approach to CRM and lead management tools will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have 7 to 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, along with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, will be highly valued. Your skills in sales strategy and target achievement, team leadership and motivation, client relationship management, CRM tools utilization (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), negotiation and deal closing, market and competitor analysis, excellent communication, time and team management, presentation and pitching, as well as problem-solving and adaptability, will be key to your success in this role. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work in person, with a flexible schedule including day and fixed shifts. Additionally, a performance bonus will be provided based on your achievements. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred for effective communication with clients and team members.,
