Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market expansion Identify new sales opportunities and high-potential client segments Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, including site visits, client negotiations, and final closures Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align sales campaigns and property launches Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior leadership Conduct regular training and mentoring for junior sales staff to enhance performance Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in real estate , with at least 35 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales strategies, and client management Proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams and delivering revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Experience in both residential and commercial property sales Familiarity with real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and legal documentation Existing network of HNIs, investors, or institutional clients is an added advantage Interested candidates may please send their updated CVs at vishal.saxena@azeagaia.com
