Job Description

1. Sales Closure & Revenue Delivery

  • Drive

    end-to-end sales closures

    for assigned projects across:
  • Direct walk-ins
  • Channel Partners
  • Corporate / Institutional leads
  • HNI & referral clients
  • Own the

    final negotiation and closure

    of deals including pricing, payment plans, offers, and customization requests.
  • Ensure achievement of

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    with a strong focus on conversion ratios.

2. Lead Conversion & Funnel Management

  • Work closely with

    CRM and pre-sales teams

    to convert qualified leads into bookings.
  • Track and improve

    lead-to-site visit, site visit-to-booking, and booking-to-registration ratios.

  • Identify drop-offs in the sales funnel and recommend corrective actions.

3. Pricing, Negotiation & Deal Structuring

  • Handle

    price negotiations, discounts, payment plan structuring

    , and approvals in coordination with Sales Head and Finance.
  • Ensure deals are closed within

    approved pricing and margin frameworks

    .
  • Provide real-time market feedback on pricing competitiveness and buyer objections.

4. Channel Partner & Relationship Management

  • Engage with

    key Channel Partners

    to drive focused closures.
  • Support CPs during

    final client negotiations and booking stages.

  • Build strong relationships with

    HNIs, corporate clients, and repeat investors.

5. Customer Experience & Transaction Management

  • Ensure a

    seamless customer journey

    from site visit to booking, agreement, and registration.
  • Coordinate with

    Legal, CRM, Finance, and Engineering teams

    for:
  • Documentation
  • Agreement execution
  • Payment milestones
  • Possession-related commitments
  • Ensure full

    RERA compliance

    and transaction accuracy.

6. Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy Support

  • Conduct regular

    competitor analysis

    (pricing, inventory, schemes, absorption).
  • Share structured feedback on:
  • Customer objections
  • Market demand trends
  • Product gaps
  • Support Sales Head in refining

    sales strategy and closure tactics.
