Role Overview

Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
    • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations to close deals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with business goals.
    • Provide training on sales methodologies, real estate market trends, and technology tools.
  4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Ensure all documentation and legal formalities are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Technology and Tools Utilization:

    • Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to optimize sales operations.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate sales performance and refine strategies.
    • Stay updated on sales automation tools and emerging technologies in real estate.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in team leadership and managing large-scale sales operations.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
    • Familiar with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training.
    • Strong understanding of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track and optimize sales performance.
    • Knowledge of real estate management platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Key Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
