As a proven sales leader with experience in the interior design/building material industry, your role will involve driving the commercial interiors business in Pune. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and acquiring new corporate clients in IT Parks, offices, and co-working sectors. - Building strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, and decision-makers. - Driving the end-to-end sales cycle which includes lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closure. - Tracking competition and market trends to position Uniworks strongly. - Working closely with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales in interiors, furniture, or building materials. - Strong network with corporates, architects, and consultants. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Self-driven with a track record of achieving high-value sales targets.,
