Job Description

As a Regional / Zonal Sales Manager at Abhimanya Doors, your role involves leading and expanding the business across South and West India. You will develop and execute effective regional sales strategies, manage a team of Sales Executives, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Sales Executives, ensuring consistent follow-ups, performance tracking, and achievement of individual and team goals. - Motivate and guide the sales team through coaching, performance reviews, and regular field visits. - Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand regional presence. - Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of regional sales activities. - Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. - Travel extensively within the assigned states to monitor team performance, visit clients, and support sales initiatives. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Prior sales team handling experience. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of proven team handling experience in a regional or zonal role. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel frequently across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
