Senior sales manager (ALC Wall panel)

As a Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary duties will include: - Selling products and services within a designated region, focusing on engaging with construction sites, site engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, dealers, builders, and distributors. - Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and effectively present products. - Negotiating prices to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Staying updated on industry trends, including pricing and demand dynamics. - Setting and achieving sales targets to drive business growth. - Generating business leads and maintaining statistical data for reporting purposes. - Providing daily sales reports to the reporting head. Qualification and Experience Requirement: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Materials such as Bison Panel, fiber cement board, gypsum board, sandwich panels, boards, Tile adhesive, Putty, Block fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, Ceramic (Note: Experience in cement and RMC will not be considered).
