Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive – Team Leader to drive sales growth and lead a team towards achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and a proven record in achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Ensure timely reporting and achievement of sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Finance).
• Prior team handling experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
