As a Senior Sales Executive Team Leader in our company located in Kolkata, WB, your role involves driving sales growth and leading a team towards achieving business targets. Your strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and proven record in achieving results will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve set targets. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. - Train and mentor team members to improve performance. - Ensure timely reporting and achievement of sales objectives. Qualifications Required: - Graduation is mandatory. - Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Finance). - Prior team handling experience is an added advantage. - Strong communication and leadership skills.
