Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell

    Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchangers

    to industrial customers.
  • Identify new clients, generate leads, and develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable PHE models.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and OEM for pricing, proposals, and technical support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in industrial product sales (preferably heat exchangers, HVAC, process equipment, or engineering products).
  • Strong technical understanding of

    PHEs / process equipment

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the Himachal Pradesh region.
  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
