Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,824.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
