Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the woodworking/interior design/engineering sectors.
  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Key Account Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, designers, builders, and corporate buyers.
  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, mentor, and train the sales team; monitor performance and provide guidance to meet individual and team targets.
  • Target Achievement:

    Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; monitor and analyse performance metrics.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Manage customer data and sales pipeline via CRM tools; prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Work closely with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience

    in sales, preferably in

    engineering, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or interior design industries

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
