Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key customers. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as retailers and distributors
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
