Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for PCD franchise partners and ethical clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure timely payment collections and order follow-ups.
• Conduct product training and promotional meetings for clients.
• Stay updated with competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit regular reports on daily activities, client interactions, and sales achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is a plus.
