- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Provide technical expertise on HVAC products, addressing client inquiries and concerns. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Experience in selling Air Handling units, Dehumidifiers, Fresh Air Units, Heat exchangers, TFAs, Air cooled condensing units, Chillers, etc. OR Experience in selling any other HVAC products - Strong technical acumen in HVAC systems and components. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command in English language - A management degree will be considered an added advantage. - Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. - Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. - Ability to travel as needed.
