About the Role:

Cohere Tech is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth in the industrial fluid sealing products segment (gaskets, gland packings, and related solutions). The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in industrial products, established industry connections, and the ability to leverage technical knowledge to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in industries requiring fluid sealing solutions.
• Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers (must have own 2-wheeler).
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, leveraging industry contacts, and technical expertise.
• Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs (technical knowledge of gaskets/gland packings preferred).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial products (fluid sealing products like gaskets/gland packings is a huge plus).
• Existing industry network with contacts in manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical, or related sectors.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Own 2-wheeler and willingness for frequent field travel.
