Sr. Sales Consultant – Volkswagen Thrissur

Job Description:
Responsible for driving vehicle sales by understanding customer needs, presenting Volkswagen models effectively, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Manages the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries
• Explain features, benefits, and specifications of Volkswagen vehicles
• Conduct test drives and follow up with prospects
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of automobile sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Customer-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
