Senior sales consultant

You will be responsible for conducting thorough hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss and educating clients on causes and solutions for hair loss, offering personalized counseling based on their specific needs. Understanding client expectations, suggesting appropriate procedures and products, and using visual aids to communicate achievable results will be key aspects of your role. Setting daily consultation and revenue targets, along with achieving monthly revenue targets to drive the studio's financial growth will be crucial. You will need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales. A preferred age of 32 years and above is desirable. Having a results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively are required. A consultative, one-on-one selling approach is important, as well as experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.
