This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales and Operations Manager located in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with different departments to streamline operations. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management and leading sales teams
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and trends
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
