Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition, brand promotion, and revenue generation initiatives in the high-end jewelry market. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and proven experience in executing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to luxury consumers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B retailers, distributors, and high-end clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Provide feedback to design and production teams based on customer trends and feedback.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Marketing:

• Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee social media and online advertising efforts to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, trunk shows, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials aligned with the brand’s luxury image.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
