Senior Sales Advisor

You are a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Advisor being sought by Kaarigar - The Indian Artisan, a premium handloom and handicraft brand located in Gurugram. Celebrating India's textile heritage through handcrafted sarees, suits, and artisanal collections, this opportunity is perfect for someone who appreciates craftsmanship, understands fabrics, and excels at delivering a luxurious customer experience. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in handloom, handicrafts, or ethnic women's wear retail, with a strong knowledge of fabrics, weaves, and artisanal techniques. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, and knowledge of a European language is a plus. Excellent sales, communication, and customer relationship skills are essential, along with experience in training junior team members and managing client interactions.
