Senior RPA + Agentic AI Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior RPA + Agentic AI Developer to take the lead in developing and deploying next-gen automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in UiPath development and have hands-on experience or a keen interest in Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, ReAct, or UiPath's Agentic features. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver automation systems that go beyond being rule-based to being reasoning- and context-aware. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and modern automation frameworks. - Develop and integrate Agentic AI components, such as ReAct-style agents, LLM orchestration, and autonomous workflows. - Utilize APIs, cloud services, and enterprise data to facilitate AI-powered decision-making and process execution. - Identify automation opportunities blending RPA and AI in collaboration with Process Owners and Business Analysts. - Implement document understanding, NLP models, and AI-based classification in end-to-end workflows. - Create reusable components, libraries, and utilities to expedite delivery. - Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and auditability standards. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years focusing on UiPath (REFramework, Queues, Orchestrator, etc.). - Preferably possess the UiPath Advanced Developer Certification. - Proficiency in .NET, VB, Python, or similar programming languages. - Experience in integrating REST/SOAP APIs, working with databases, and handling structured/unstructured data. - Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, OpenAI, or similar AI tools. - Hands-on exposure to ReAct agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent orchestration concepts. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have: - Experience in Agentic Process Automation or multi-agent architectures. - Knowledge of cloud services like Azure, AWS, GCP, and deploying AI/RPA workloads on the cloud. - Domain expertise in finance, healthcare, logistics, or procurement. - Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath Apps, Action Center, and AI Center.
