Roles & Responsibilities

Credit Policy formulation for Account ManagementDefine and Monitor key risk metricsPortfolio monitoring and ReviewLoss forecasting for individual product and monitoringDefine Portfolio intervention strategies basis the delinquency and lossesDefine Portfolio Positive Interventions strategies CLI/TLI, BT. PLCC, express cash and monitor the performance

Secondary Responsibilities

Help launch revenue generating and portfolio growth products in association with the product/business teams with focus on retention of identified good client segmentsDefine DoE and Monitor, implement the learnings in the policy

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

Be able to convince stake holders while suggesting or implementing changes, be able to lead cross functional and partner teams independently and in tandem. Ensure independent reporting on parameters that have improved with the changes led.

Early Performance indicators within thye defined Threshoilds - Behavioural Metrics, Revolver, OVL,Portfolio Performnace metrics - 30+ , 90+, Loss Rate
