We are looking for a smart and experienced Retail Head to lead our retail operations and sales strategy for industrial products across Gujarat and Western India.

Requirements:

• Graduate in BBA/B.Com/Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 8–15 years of experience in retail or sales
• Must have worked in industrial or B2B products
• Good at managing teams, dealers, and distributors
• Strong sales, planning, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus
