Senior Resident - General Surgery

You will be joining Fortis Healthcare Group as a Senior Resident in General Surgery at Gurugram on a full-time, on-site basis. Your primary responsibilities will include performing surgical procedures, conducting patient consultations, offering preoperative and postoperative care, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure top-notch patient care. In addition, you will be involved in conducting diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and devising treatment plans. Participation in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education sessions is also expected from you. To qualify for this role, you must hold a medical degree (MBBS, MS/DNB - General Surgery) and demonstrate proficiency in various surgical procedures and techniques. Strong diagnostic and patient management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a healthcare team are essential. You should also be committed to continuous medical education and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the field. A valid medical license to practice in the respective location is mandatory, and prior experience in an accredited hospital or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
