As a Senior Resident in Critical Care at our esteemed medical facility, your role involves providing high-quality care for critically ill patients in Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Coronary Care Units (CCU). Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing necessary procedures, collaborating with specialists on treatment plans, providing training to junior staff, maintaining accurate patient records, managing emergency situations effectively, and participating in academic and clinical research activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings. - Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures. - Collaborate with specialists to formulate and implement treatment plans. - Provide training and supervision to junior staff and residents. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies. - Assist in managing emergency situations for prompt and effective responses. - Participate in academic and clinical research activities. Qualifications Required: - DNB or Diploma in Anaesthesia. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ICU/CCU. - Strong knowledge of critical care medicine and procedures. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
