Senior Research Consultant – Healthcare Domain(

We are looking for a Research Manager / Senior Research Consultant (Healthcare Domain) who can lead projects, prepare proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver impactful custom healthcare research and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute custom research projects within the healthcare and life sciences domain.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Prepare client proposals and presentations for new project requirements.
• Manage and guide a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure research accuracy through proficiency in Excel and data validation tools.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in healthcare market research or consulting.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with primary research (interviews, surveys, expert calls, etc.) Proven ability to create client proposals and present insights effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
