Senior Research Analyst

As a Senior Research Analyst at Demandbase, you will play a crucial role in driving informed business decisions through data gathering, analysis, and insightful reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to lead comprehensive data research and analysis by sourcing, collecting, and analyzing data from various business information sources to generate actionable insights. You will conduct in-depth strategic analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, translating complex findings into clear recommendations for product and business growth. Ensuring data quality and integrity will be a key part of your role, where you will apply problem-solving skills to resolve data queries, perform quality checks, and proactively address data gaps. Additionally, you will mentor and train new team members on industry best practices and advanced data analysis techniques. Collaborating closely with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you will leverage your domain and product expertise to define technical roadmaps and deliver solutions that maximize customer value. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Commerce, along with 8-10 years of relevant work experience. You should possess expertise in data sourcing, extraction, and analysis from diverse business sources. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
