Senior Relationship Manager - Mid corporates (Kolkata)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and managing corporate relationships with the aim of creating value credit investments and syndications. Your primary focus will be on deal origination and working on the deal life cycle, from origination to exit. Additionally, you will assist the Risk/Asset monitoring team in analyzing data to identify potential risks in investments. You will also be expected to drive business targets as per the budget plan and originate business through your personal network of customers and new relationships within the Mid-Market, Emerging corporate, and Large corporates space. Your role will also involve conducting a thorough assessment of companies including financials, ratios, and industry outlook for end-to-end closure of transactions while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source new opportunities and focus on deal origination - Manage corporate relationships to create value credit investments and syndications - Work on the deal life cycle including origination, development of investment thesis, due diligence, documentation, monitoring, and exit - Assist the Risk/Asset monitoring team in analyzing data for identifying red flags in investments - Achieve business targets as per the budget plan for overall coverage and P&L numbers - Originate business through personal network of customers and source new relationships within Mid-Market, Emerging corporate, and Large corporates - Conduct a thorough assessment of companies including financials, ratios, and industry outlook for end-to-end closure of transactions with proper coordination Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in wholesale with a focus on managing mid-sized corporates - Experience in deal origination - Must have worked in Kolkata for more than 3 years - Prior experience in managing a larger customer base and not just one or two key strategic accounts,
