Senior Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for prospecting and closing leads from start to finish, reporting task progress to management regularly, managing client relationships, analyzing industry trends, and suggesting strategies to management. Additionally, you may need to attend field meetings and travel outstation when required. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect to Closure: Managing leads end to end. - Reporting: Task progress reporting to management in the required format. - Relationship Management: Nurturing client relationships for further engagement. - Industry Analysis: Analyzing industry trends and proposing strategies. - Field Work: Willingness to attend meetings on field and travel outstation if needed. Key Skills: - Excellent English Skills: Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing. - Vernacular Fluency: Ability to interact with regional partners and clients. - Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills in a team-first culture. - Sales Familiarization: Complete understanding of sales forecast and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Graduate (Any) or MBA (Preferable) - Experience in Supply Chain Finance and Corporate Sales is mandatory. You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the Indian BFSI sector. This position is based in Hyderabad with 5 days working and flexible working hours of 9 hours per day.
